Kate Shead

Kate Shead (Higher Certificate Human Resource Management) is a highly experienced Human Resources specialist with over 15 years in the industry. Kate consults on the full Human Resource value chain including Strategy, Talent Management and the HR office. She is sought after for her passion and experience in addressing the human side of organizational change particularly relating to business growth, re-engineering and empowerment.

From rolling out the HR division for a multi-national across Africa, to helping a start-up company establish grass-roots HR policies, to developing performance management systems, to training on diversity in the workplace and working to ensure the administration systems of the HR department are functioning optimally; Kate has experienced it all.

She has excelled as both an entrepreneur and executive leader within the corporate sector, and has recently returned to run her own HR practice.  Thorough and proactive, Kate places high value on delivery and regardless of whether the focus is on project work or retained services, she is an invaluable part of your team.

Kathy Stanhope

Kathy Stanhope is an administrator extraordinaire! She has over 25 years experience supporting CEO’s and COO’s of large South African corporates in the role of PA. Kathy is a highly skilled administrator adept at setting up systems and processes that bring efficiency and peace of mind to the busy modern workplace. Kathy’s passion for finding the right ‘fit’ for people and organisations lead to her successful involvement in recruitment and selection industry. She also spent a number of rewarding years running the CSI division for a local corporate where she raised and distributed funds to deserving and qualified benefactors.

Kathy’s role in administration and recruitment is invaluable to HRCentrix and its clients.
